Middle ring might need replacing. 170 mm crank arms with square-taper bottom bracket interface and 9/16 x 20 pedal threads, five-arm road spider and triple spacers. Brand markings and codes include Campagnolo shield logos on both arms, PATENT CAMPAGNOLO on the rings, 170 STRADA arm stamping with small diamond 8 mark, and 57 and 36 tooth size stamps on the respective rings.
