Offered by Reparto Velo, this circa-1984 Pinarello Treviso represents a wonderful example of Italian racing bicycle craftsmanship from the golden era of lugged steel frames. Built in Treviso, Italy, with Columbus SL tubing and equipped with Campagnolo Super Record components, this bicycle retains its original red paint, chrome detailing, and period-correct equipment. Unlike many vintage racing bicycles that have been repainted or extensively modified, this Pinarello has been carefully rehabilitated with an emphasis on preserving its original character. This is an exceptionally well-preserved, apparently low-mileage example. The original red paint has been carefully cleaned, treated to remove oxidation, and polished to restore its original luster. The chrome chainstays and components have also been cleaned and polished. The main frame decals have been replaced with period-correct reproductions. The original paint, head badge, and decorative frame details have been preserved. The Campagnolo components show relatively little evidence of use, while the Mavic GP4 tubular rims exhibit minimal braking-surface wear.
