For sale is a – Unique 1970s vintage Pierre GALLIEN NICE race road bike Campagnolo Record. The bike is in fabulous working condition, and has undegone a most intricate restoration process done by some of Europe’s finest artists in the field. All original parts in great conditon. Sturdy steel construction with no rust and fabulous condition paint in the rare dark red color (with matching rare brand new Brooks leather handlebar tape and Campagnolo seat stay 26.4). Top tube center to center – 53 cm. Seat tube center to center – 54 cm. Perfectly working rear derailleur. Original wheels with brand new Campagnolo Giro tubular tyres. Original Mafac Dural Forge brakes. Original Selle Italia leather saddle and Campagnolo Strada crank arms and original Campagnolo pedals. Weight about 11.0 kg. The bike belonged to veteran famous Romanian cyclist Gabriel Moiceanu, and it was most probably built together with Pierre Gallien, another famous cyclist and winner of the 1936 edition of the Tour de Roumanie.
