I recently acquired this 1988 Colnago Super road bike. It was offered in the popular Saronni team color. This Colnago Super frame/fork is in original unrestored condition. The paint and chrome and decals are in near perfect condition. The frameset is made of Columbus SL tubing. There are Colnago pantographed parts as you can see. The bike has mostly Campagnolo Super Record components. The Ambrosio Metamorphosis tubular wheels are branded exclusively as “Colnago Corse” and came as original equipment on this Saronni Super model. The Vittoria sew-up tires are brand new and have not been glued. The frame measures 58 cm (c-c). 60 cm (center of bottom bracket shell to top of seat tube). Finally, 59 cm (c-top of top tube). The top tube is 57.5 cm (c-c). Stand-over height is 3.
