Extra set of threaded holes, possibly for a triple setup. Something currently in one of those holes, might be an adapter bolt for a 3rd ring. May need some work to run as a triple, unsure of the BCD. Teeth show some wear on both rings. Rings may need replacing. Good threads and tapers.
