Tool flats are all useable, chrome looks good to very good. Upgraded Suntour Sealed Bearing pulleys, which were de rigeur back in the day. Rider condition, this is not a wall hanger or for show! One of my all-time favorite derailleurs, before the advent of indexed shifting, when you actually needed feel (read: skill) to shift.
