Chrome fork Is shiny. The bicycle wasn’t used for years and it needs a full service. It wasn’t disassembled to be checked so it could need the replacement of the consumable parts for example tyres, inner tyres, cables, cable tunnels, handlebar tape or grips, brake pads, straps, chain, sprockets, chainrings, bearings, etc… The wheels could be not true and they could need to be straightened or in some cases the rims need to be replaced. All the moving parts could need to be serviced. The bearings paths of all the moving parts could have nicks and they could need to be rectyfied or replaced. The decals could be in bad condition and tending to peel off easily. The bicycle could be a bit more dusty than it looks in the pictures due to stocking it for some time.
