Here is a breakdown of our packaging process and the assembly steps required. We start by protecting the bicycle frame and components with foam or bubble wrap to prevent scratches and damage during transit. The handlebars are typically rotated parallel to the frame and securely fastened to prevent movement. The pedals are removed and securely placed in a separate box or wrapped to prevent damage to other parts. The front wheel is detached and packaged separately. The seatpost is typically removed and securely placed in a separate box or wrapped. The boxes are appropriately sized to accommodate the bicycle and provide ample protection. Additional padding and protective materials, such as foam or airbags, are used to secure the bicycle within the box and minimize movement during transit. Fragile components, such as the derailleur and brake system, are given extra attention and may have additional protective measures in place. Upon receiving the bicycle, carefully unpack all the components, taking care to remove any protective wrapping or padding. Use the provided Allen key to fasten the handlebars to the stem of the cockpit. Ensure that the handlebars are aligned correctly and tightened securely. Insert the front wheel into the front fork, aligning it with the dropouts. Insert the seatpost into the seat tube, adjusting the height as desired, and secure it using the appropriate fastening mechanism e. Reattach the pedals to the correct sides, ensuring they are properly tightened (left pedal counterclockwise, right pedal clockwise). Double-check all bolts and fasteners on the bicycle to ensure they are tightened securely, but be careful not to overtighten and risk damaging the components. If you notice any issues, please contact our customer service immediately for assistance. Always refer to the provided instructions or reach out to our customer service team for any specific assembly guidance. We strive to make the assembly process as simple and straightforward as possible, ensuring that our bicycles are more than 90% assembled. By following the provided instructions and using basic tools, such as the Allen key, you can have your bicycle ready to ride in no time.
