These were on a 1967 Schwinn Paramount, and I’m nearly certain that they are original; however, I can’t be 100% sure. Many of the components were Campy (Nuovo) Record, and they also appear to be original, 1967 vintage. The outside surfaces of both locknuts on the front hub are stamped “CAM 66″. I’m assuming this indicates a manufacturing date of 1966. This is consistent with frame manufacturing date (July 1967). There is ONE odd detail: the REAR hub is clearly labeled “RECORD”, but the front hub does NOT have this mark. The hubs match, and they appear to match the 1967 Campy catalog, so I don’t know why the front hub isn’t marked RECORD. They are pretty dirty, scuffed, scratched and marked/dented by spokes. I would rate them as 5 or 6 out of 10 for cosmetics. They really need an hour of detailing to make them really pretty again. Functionally, they seem pretty good. The axles spin mostly smoothly. I would rate them 7 or 8 out of 10 for function. Please be 100% certain that this is what you want/need for your own bike or bike project.
