From my research and experience this particular frame is very rare as other claimed “first generation” Colnago Master have the cylindrical seat stay ends while this has the flattened out ends where “Colnago” is pantographed. Top tube cable guides, and decals confirming the actual first generation (shorter letters on down tube as to fit a tube diagonal, and “Ten Times World Champion” decal underneath the down tube decals). Original condition 1st generation Campagnolo C RECORD group set (notice the first edition of first generation rear derailleur), true first generation front derailleur, doppler / retrofriction C Record shifters, Cobalto brakes and correct C Record levers. Campagnolo C Record pedals with toe straps included. Wheels pictured are FIR EL40 clinchers with Challenge 700×23 Tyres, but may be switched to tubulars Mavic GP4 / Continental tubs.
