LeMond Tete de Course Titanium/Carbon road bike 55cm c-c. The TDC was the top Lemond Road Bike- beyond amazing ride quality, super smooth/ supple, lightning fast. Mixed Campagnolo Centaur/Chorus/Veloce components, Ultegra front derailleur, Dean post. Wheelset- smooth/gorgeous Campagnolo Record rear, smooth lightweight Bontrager Race Lite front. Handmade Reynolds 3/2.5 seamless butted titanium/OCLV 110 carbon compact geometry frame, beautiful Lemond titanium dropouts, Chris King headset, Campagnolo Record bottom bracket, Bontrager XXX Lite 110 carbon fork. The following year, Lemond/Trek opted to cut costs on these extraodinarly costly frames, switching to True Temper titanium. The most phenomenal ride I’ve ever experienced, but Trek sided with Armstrong in the Lemond/Armstrong feud and sadly dropped the entire Lemond line-up a few years later ending the production of these great bikes.
