An alloy support structure for the rear set helps to improve cog stiffness by 180% and makes the individual cogs 70% more torsionally rigid. This translates straight in to efficiency, with less flex shifts can be quicker and more precise. An improved tooth profile allows for smoother transitions and a nickel-chromed coating resists wear.
