This is an incredible Tommasini Air racing frameset with a mostly complete Campagnolo Corsa Record build, first generation, with the desirable engraved rear derailleur and crankset. The brakes and wheels are Nuovo Record, with Magic GP4 tubular rims (have not reglued). The Columbus Air tube set is beautiful in its aerodynamic shaping. The cromovelato finish is also gorgeous-but very fragile! It has lots of little nicks and scuffs which I did not touch up. A rare Flite Titanium in white, which has some area where the previous owner touched it up, but looks great overall. I also made and installed custom-fitted stitched leather handlebar wraps. Please refer to the photos for exact condition. It measures 55cm C-C top tube, 55cm C-T seat tube. It is a rare bird. I will pack carefully. Please let me know if you have any questions, and feel free to send in offers if you can use it. Thank you for looking.

PLEASE SEE NOTE AT THE BOTTOM. This bicycle is very special in that it was manufactured by special order direct to me, to my specifications. Dimensions are 55cn CTC for both the seat tube and top bar. It was built to a design drawing from Tommasini which I approved and can provide copies of. A photograph of this frame and fork was once featured on the old Tommasini website. As the photos show, this bicycle was built with a collection of new and vintage NOS Campagnolo components. The seatpost is a vintage rare Campy Aero design. The crankset, bottom bracket and headset are new Campagnolo Record. The matching handlebar and stem are vintage NOS TTT. The front brake is new Campy Record. The brake lever is a super rare vintage NOS Campy ATB model (very elegant). The handlebar tape is leather handstitched with a baseball style stitch. Lastly, the wheelset, NOS Campy 32 hole Record Sheriff Star, the best there is, laced to Mavic CXP33 semi-aero rims! This bicycle has never been out of my house, never on pavement, never ridden, never sat on. It was a project build planned for fixed gear riding but thought too nice to actually use. The jewel of my collection. Check my other items for sale. Remainder of bike will be parted out. IF SO, DO NOT FEEL LIKE YOUR OFFER WAS IGNORED, I HAVE NOT BEEN GETTING SUCH NOTICE.

You’re looking at a 1989 Tommasini Diamante, 55cm. This classic, made-in-Italy, steel road bike rides like a dream and is in excellent condition. The Diamante is a very rare model made in the late 80s/early 90s. It incorporates Columbus MS steel, which in itself is very hard to find on any bike because it was only in production for a short period of time. The MS stands for multi-shape and you’ll see that each tube of this bike has a unique shape (round, triangular, oval, lemon, etc); it’s really an interesting frame. It also has a custom paint job from the Tommasini factory, which makes this bike one-of-a-kind. I rebuilt this one from the ground up, purchasing the frame on The Pro’s Closet. You can see all the specs of the frame here. I then sourced all of the best components I could find for the rebuild. Please see the screenshot of the parts breakdown in the image carousel for more details. In short, this is a fully Italian rebuild of a vintage model, but with some of the finest components available today. I’ve only put about 20-30 miles on the bike since completing the rebuild, so everything is clean, crisp, and feels brand new. Full Campy Record 12 Groupset. Campy Zonda Wheelset. Tommasini Pantographed Cinelli 1A Stem. NOS Campy Record vintage seat post. Let me know if you have any questions. I will have limited time to show the bike in person, but will do so for serious buyers. This item is in the category “Sporting Goods\Cycling\Bicycles”.
