Seat tube c-c 57cm, Top tube c-c 57cm, Standover height 84,5cm. Probably a Professional model, due to short windowed lugs and the pantography on the fork and the little chromed cutout on the seatpost pin area. Bottechia is known for their high quality frames build. Bottecchia was the first italian to win a Tour de France in 1924 and 1925. Greg Lemond won the Tour de France in 1989 on a Bottecchia Equipe frame. The frame has no rust, no dents, no cracks. The fork has on the rear 2 small dents but it is perfectly straight with no cracks or other problems. It has been freshly painted using a first base coating of epoxidic primer, for its wellknown anti rust properties. The frame has been also treate on the inside with cavity wax. All the installed Campagnolo Triomphe groupset’s components are in an excellent condition along with a Campagnolo seat pin, plus a Carnielli handlebar and a NOS Royal CX saddle. The wheels are in excellent condition, built with period correct Campagnolo C Record Croce D’aune hubs, double butted spokes and tubular FIR rims. This bike is ready to ride and it is an excellent choice and eye catcher for L’Eroica events. You can judge the actual condition in the hi res pictures. Please feel free to ask any questions.
