LeMond Tete de Course Titanium/Carbon road bike 55cm c-c. The TDC was the top Lemond Road Bike- beyond amazing ride quality, super smooth/ supple, lightning fast. Mixed Campagnolo Centaur/Chorus/Veloce components, Ultegra front derailleur, Dean post. Wheelset- smooth/gorgeous Campagnolo Record rear, smooth lightweight Bontrager Race Lite front. Handmade Reynolds 3/2.5 seamless butted titanium/OCLV 110 carbon compact geometry frame, beautiful Lemond titanium dropouts, Chris King headset, Campagnolo Record bottom bracket, Bontrager XXX Lite 110 carbon fork. The following year, Lemond/Trek opted to cut costs on these extraodinarly costly frames, switching to True Temper titanium. The most phenomenal ride I’ve ever experienced, but Trek sided with Armstrong in the Lemond/Armstrong feud and sadly dropped the entire Lemond line-up a few years later ending the production of these great bikes. Not Included: rear bag & Turbo Saddle. I wouldve liked to re-wrap the handlebars and do a couple of things before posting pics, for what is certainly a pricey bicycle, but havent got around to it. It is truly a beautiful bicycle, very lightweight, and of the highest quality made here in the USA. I do have the matching rear wheel, and its also in excellent condition, but had a flat and therefore swapped the rear wheel. I received this bike in almost like new condition. Everything was original and very clean. Ive ridden it for a year, but mostly as a commuter type, around the neighborhood definitely was never ridden like it was supposed to be. I will be uploading more pics, including the matching rear wheel and updating specs. The bike comes equipped with a Campagnolo Titanium Groupset. For example, the crank is carbon and chainring is titanium. Detailed photos will be included. Its relatively rare in the truest sense of word. I might consider professional packaging this bike, but if I choose not to, I guarantee I will be very detailed when doing so.
