Masi Prestige vintage racing bicycle. Built with Reynolds 753 tubes since it has a 0 stamped on the bb shell. Size: 50.5 cm. Bottom bracket shell thread: ITA. Weight: 10.1 kg circa. Group: Campagnolo Nuovo Record (hubs are not original). Handlebar: 39 cm end-end. Galli Top Pro rims for tubular (not original). Used bicycle in good cosmetical condition, excellent for its age, some signs of use and aging. Please refer to the pictures. No cracks, not bent. A dent on the top tube. The bicycle wasn’t used for years and it needs a full service. It wasn’t disassembled to be checked so it could need the replacement of the consumable parts for example tyres, inner tyres, cables, cable tunnels, handlebar tape or grips, brake pads, straps, chain, sprockets, chainrings, bearings, etc… The wheels could be not true and they could need to be straightened or in some cases the rims need to be replaced. All the moving parts could need to be serviced. The bearings paths of all the moving parts could have nicks and they could need to be rectyfied or replaced. The decals could be in bad condition and tending to peel off easily. The bicycle could be a bit more dusty than it looks in the pictures due to stocking it for some time. Like many NOS Oro (Gold) chains, there are darker spots here and there. The photos show the exact chain you will receive. The box is only in fair condition. This chain is fantastic for classic wide 5sp and wide 6sp drivetrains. It will not work with narrow space freewheels that require a narrow chain such as ultra 6 or typical narrow 7sp freewheels. 1975 Vintage 61cm Masi Gran Criterium Reynolds 531 Steel Road Bike. The Masi Gran Criterium of the 1970s is a racing machine that is highly sought after among vintage bicycle enthusiasts. Frame is a Used Original Paint US Version Gran Criterium, Shows wear & use, has some scratches, touch up, finish & deals loss, possible small dents but I didn’t see any. The bike is official 61cm and measures 59cm from the center of the bottom bracket to the center of the top tube or 60.5cm Center to Top of the top tube. The top tube is 57.5cm center to center and the head tube is 172mm tall. Specs say frame Frame and Fork are Reynolds 531 Steel Tubing but there are no decals. The Parts are Nicer than the Frame set, I suspect somebody rebuilt this with the best parts they could find, they look like real good used and some NOS parts, period correct but not exact dating. The bike has Campagnolo Record Parts: Nuovo Record Front and Rear Dérailleurs, Shifters, Bottom Bracket, Brakes & Levers. Headset & Cranks are Super Record. It has a Leather Brooks Saddle, and Cinelli Stem and Handlebars. The 27″ x 1 1/4″ wheels have Campagnolo Record High Flange Hubs laced to Super Champion Competition Gentleman Rims, The Rims show age & wear.
