Italian bikes have a charm of their own and Bianchi color just has to be Celeste. Frame tubing is top tier (3 highest models only) and these bikes were raced by supporting team members in the Tours back then. Completely overhauled when last ridden 5 years ago probably needs minor adjustments. Campy Synchro shifting was indexed with classic downtube shifters. Full Campagnolo “C-Record” era Athena groupo. Celeste SLX frames are very hard to find and 57 cm is the most popular size. Rely on pictures for description. I did remeasure the frame and in the Italian way the seat tube center to top is 57 cm. I Added a NOS Campy sealed bottom bracket (zero maintenance) and. Swapped a 105mm stem for the 130mm stem it came with so it put the bars about an inch closer. Great vintage bike to have and ride. I definitely would keep it if I could still ride. It may take more effort to get it going, but it wants to keep going and is more comfortable that a carbon frame any day. Good price and an investment that will go up in value over the years.
