1960s Vintage 56cm Red / Orange Bianchi Record Lugged Steel Racing Road Bike Frame & Fork. Vintage Bianchi 56cm Steel Record Road Bike Frame, Fork, and Headset from the early 1960s. This Record Frame set was a lower level Bianchi offering although it is a Gorgeous Original Paint Frame Set. Frame and fork are Red “kind of Rust Orange now” with Chrome accents, Not a very common color for Bianchi, Quite Rare. Decal says “Made in Italy”. “Bianchi Record” “Edoardo Bianchi” The paint fading shows Campagnolo parts were used on the bike, I suspect it is Columbus tubing but there is no decal. It has Generic Dropouts, Cool Headbadge, and Flared Head tube with a Unique Headset, I Suspect Bianchi’s own Design, Headset is in Real Nice shape open bearing. The Screw on Head Badge seems to be introduced in the 1960s. The Serial # is on the seatpost Lug # 745XX and from my research thats looks to be 1960 Frame. Actual Size: Seat tube 56 cm Center to Center or 58cm Center to Seat Mast Top, The top tube is 56cm center to center, and the Head tube is 146mm tall. The Fork has 100mm Spacing and the Frame has 119mm Rear Spacing for 4 or 5 speed 27 wheels wheels. Italian Bike that takes Italian Standard 36mm x 24 tpi Bottom Bracket. The Frame & Fork is used, it has Real Pretty Paint with Nice Chrome but does show some wear, has scratches, some decal loss, may have slight rust and tiny dents. This bike hung on the wall at my shop for 30 years in benign Colorado climate. This bike has no apparent usage. Leather handlebar covering is scratched on left side at bar’s end. Drivetrain, tires, brake pads show no wear. Cables, housings, and brake hoods replaced. Tire sidewalls re-latexed and pressure tested to 110psi. Super Record group includes rare “Portacatena” chain holder.

1994 Bianchi Reparto Corse. Flawless and completely restored. Fitted with ultra modern equipment. Stunning to look at and guaranteed to turn heads and start countless conversations. This bike was apparently part of some race team as it came with a number plate mount under the top tube. A few other examples from the same team have been seen on the internet, but I was never able to determine to which team the bike belonged. I bought this bike in the summer of 2022. The original opal white paint was in excellent shape, so I just scuff sanded the color. I had stickers created for it by VeloCals in a stunning metallic green and chrome. I painted the lugs in contrasting rose gold and pinstriped the borders in Celeste. All original boxes and instructions will go with the bike (see photo). This bike is just as fast as my other carbon bikes, but is much more beautiful to look at! The new owner will be a lucky person indeed! I spent A LOT of time and energy rebuilding this bike. It is in perfect condition. It is a real rolling work of art! If you want to see the restoration process, please check out my YouTube channel at: Brian D. You can find a couple of video about this bike there. If you are interested in this bike, you will enjoy the video and you will get a better idea about all that went into creating this one-of-a-kind Neo Retro build. And, BTW, the carbon fiber numberplate you see on my YouTube channel DOES come with the bike and it looks cool! Here is the list of components. Campagnolo Record Rim Ergo 12 Speed Groupset. Bianchi Fork – Rechromed by Airline Plating. Circa 1990’s Bianchi VENTO Wheelset – Completely Rebuilt (See YouTube), Cerakoted Hubs (Featured on the Cerakote website – see pics), Cerakoted Rim (Excluding braking surface), New Ball Bearings, New Rear Axle (to allow fitment of Record 12 Speed Cassette). Vittoria Corsa G2.0 Para/Black Tires -700x25c. Two Color Fizik Bar Tape – with custom champagne corks bar end plugs. Shimano Dura Ace Headset. Aluminum Seat Post with setback. 1050 Miles Since Restoration. NOTE: The seat shown on the bike in the photos is not the seat that will be included in the sale. Seat shown in photos with just the seat is the seat that will come with the bike. It is possible this frame is a 1992 model, not 1994.
